1. In a fit of spring cleaning I deleted my Hipstamatic photo gallery—and now I can’t order prints!
If you’re ever having trouble ordering prints, or you’ve deleted the images in the app’s Recent Prints gallery, you can always try the HipstaMart. Hipstamatic normally saves all images to your phone’s Camera Roll (phew!), and you can upload photos to the HipstaMart directly from your computer. Just make sure you use the same Hipstaccount information on the site that you used to sign into the app. Easy peasy!

2. I took a picture of my friend’s awesome mustache, but it’s just a normal photo. Snooze! Can I still give it Hipstamatic flare?
First of all, congratulate your friend on his sweet ‘stache. We understand why you’d want to make it Hipsta, but unfortunately there isn’t a way to import photos into the app. The Hipsta processing we know and love is applied when the photo is taken, just as the effects of an analog film camera would depend on the lens and films you had loaded. It’s all about serendipity, the magic of the moment.
3. I love Hipstamatic so much, I named my first child Helga Viking. How do I become an Ambassador? We’re glad you asked! Hipstamatic Ambassadors are a big part of the Hipsta Community. They help rock parties, music festivals, fashion shows, night life, and other happenings by capturing it all on camera. (And you might even get an Adventures In Hipstaland album!) You can apply to be an Ambassador at www.hipstamatic.com/ambassador.html.
4. Can I change my Hipstaccount email address?
Users can’t change their Hipstaccount email addresses, but if you need to switch, email support@hipstamaticapp.com.
